  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within India. For international orders, delivery may take 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on all orders above ₹2000.

    • For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • Delays: While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages: Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Neelam Creation is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • International Shipping: Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
